The I’M wines are inspired by and made for Isabel A. Mondavi, by her son Rob. The special relationship shared by Isabel and Rob, allows him to interpret and develop her preferences into a finished product that we can all enjoy as much as Isabel does every day.
Tasting Notes
The 2005 vintage produced Pinot Noir that reflects the beautiful balance and flavor that are associated more with cool, even ripening characteristics of grapes from the Willamette Valley. This wine has a brilliant garnet color with supple body, bright red cherry nose with cherry blossom top notes and a hint of exotic spices like cardamom and star anise. Smooth entry with even texture through to the finish with red cherry flavors.
This is the inaugural vintage of the I’M Pinot Noir!
