“Enjoy a delicious glass of wine with friends and family and don’t fuss over it.”
“At a small café in Napa Valley a group of us gather for lunch, informally, quite often. The Friday lunch is a little more special made so by the sharing of favorite wines. Throughout the summer of 2003 I was introduced to various Saignée style rosé wines. Finding them so pleasant and suitable for the light style of summer foods, I decided to create a rosé in the Saignée style from grapes grown in Napa Valley.”

I’M Isabel Mondavi Rosé is a dry wine with good structure, acidity and an enjoyable long finish. The acidity lends itself well to diverse styles of food. Being Cabernet Sauvignon there is a lot of substance and a hint of tannin for a greater mouth feel. One taster has noticed a mandarin orange characteristic in the cranberry hued wine.
