Story
Trinitas was founded by Tim and Steph Busch and is dedicated to bringing historical California vineyards and varietals to the forefront of winemaking. The Sauvignon Blanc is the newest addition to their portfolio.
Tasting Notes
The 2006 vintage was 60% stainless steel tank fermented with the remaining balance being barrel fermented. Utilizing this method allows crisp fruit flavors plus the added complexity and richness from the barrel fermentation. This practice also enhances the flavors and mouth-feel. This is a very versatile wine; enjoy it with or without food. With aromas of grapefruit, melon and peaches ‘n cream; it’s the perfect everyday wine for everyone.
